What Are Your Current Publication Listing Fees?
Below you will find all of our publication ad
fees. Please note that all states have the same
fees with the exception of Florida. All renewals,
copy changes, and parts/accessories must be placed

These ads are $15.00 and run
until the item is sold or the maximum
of 3 issues. Description must be accompanied
with payment. No complete vehicles accepted
in parts/accessories ads. This type
of add can not be placed online. |

$10.00 entitles you to one additional
week of advertising. Payment must be
accompanied with customer I.D. number,
ad description and edition in which
the ad is currently running. Print
and Print with Internet ads can not be changed online. |

How Do I Place An Ad?
Placing an ad with the Auto Shopper is now easier
than ever. Choose the "Place An Ad"
link from the menu on the left or choose the "Place
Ad" icon at the top of the page. Once you
are on the "Place An Ad" page, follow
our step by step Place An Ad Wizard.

When Will My Ad Be Published And/Or Placed
Online?
Distribution of publications vary by zone.
To find out when your publication ad will appear
in our latest book(s), please contact one of
our offices nearest you by clicking
here. Please make sure to include your Name,
Address, City & State
along with the vehicle's Year, Make
and Model and your Phone Number
used in the ad. Internet ad will appear online
within 24 hours.

How Long Will My Ad Run?
Publication ads will run for 3 weeks in each of
the editions you select. Internet ads that are
purchased with a publication ad will run for 3
weeks. Internet only ads will run for 30 days
from the date the ad was placed.

Why Do I Get An Error When Placing My Ad?
This problem usually occurs when the photo you
are uploading is larger than our system can handle.
You will also receive this error if the photo
is in the wrong format. Please read below for
photo size and format requirements.

What Size Should I Make My Photo?
Please make sure your photo is no larger than
640 pixels wide by 480 pixels high (640x480).

What Photo Format Do You Require?
We only allow jpeg formatted photos with the .jpg
extension (Example: myphoto.jpg). Also, please
make sure your photo is optimized for the internet
and the color mode is set to RGB color. Failer
to do so may result in your photo not appearing
online.

I Do Not Have A Photo Program. How Do I Resize
Or Format My Photo?
We have a very easy to use photo program that
you can download if you need to resize your photos.
This program is small in size and it comes pre-configured
to our system requirements. Click

instructions on how to use the program.

I Just Placed An Ad. Why Doesn't The Photo
I Uploaded Display?
Please make sure that the photo you uploaded is
in jpeg (.jpg) format and the color mode is set
to RGB color. Also, we recommend waiting at least
one business day for your photo to appear online.
If you continue to have a problem, check the "Preferences"
setting in your browser and ensure that images
are set to load automatically. If you get a generic
icon for each image, auto-load is not set. You
can right click on these icons to manually load
images.

I Do Not Want The Ad I Just Placed, Do You
Issue Refunds?
If your ad was placed online, we will
not be able to issue you a refund.
If your ad was sent to us via US mail or email,
and is still in review, we can issue a refund.
Always make sure you are ready to make a purchase
before placing your ad.

How Do I Change My Photo And Ad Information?
While your ad is still current you may make changes,
however, a copy change charge will apply. A charge
of $10.00 for Florida customers or $15.00 for customers outside of Florida entitles you to one additional
week of advertising. Payment must be accompanied
with customer I.D. number, ad description and
edition in which the ad is currently running.
Copy change deadline is Sat. 3pm prior to issue
date. A copy change will only be accepted by regular

My Vehicle Did Not Sell, How Do I Get A Refund?
AutoShopper.com is not responsible for, and
does not guarantee the
performance of your ad. Despite our best efforts
to market your vehicle, we cannot guarantee the
vehicle you placed on our site or in our publications
will sell. We can not and do not issue refunds
if your vehicle does not sell.

How Do I Renew My Ad?
Renewals are accepted by regular or
only. The renewal charge is $19.00 for
FL. customers and $31.00 for customers
outside of FL. To qualify, your private
photo ad must ran within the past 12 issues. Payment
must be accompanied with customer I.D. number,
ad description and edition in which the ad last
ran. Ads can not be renewed online.
